高等教育对河北省经济增长贡献作用的实证研究

An empirical study of the higher education and economic growth in Hebei province
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
以罗默和卢卡斯的内生经济理论为理论依据,以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础,运用时间序列回归法,借助EViews6.0统计工具,通过对大量数据的检索和处理,得到河北省产出的劳动弹性系数β=0.79。以此为基础,测算出1996-2009年高等教育对河北省经济增长的贡献率为4.08%,低于全国平均水平8.15%。为此,提出促进河北省高等教育事业发展的对策及建议,供高校和教育部门参考。
Abstract：
Based on the endogenous economic theory by Rome and Lucas and the model of Cobb-Douglas production function,this paper uses time series regression with EViews 6.0,data retrieval and processing, and achieves the elastic coefficient of β=0.79 in Hebei.Likewise,the higher education yields a rate of 4.08% to the economic growth in Hebei between1996and 2009,lower than the national average of 8.15%.Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
