摘要：

美国外语教育技术几十年来发展很快,它有着丰厚的教育学理论基础,有着多样的技术种类,网络学习模式也是多种多样,但也应该看到技术应用还存在一些问题。

Abstract：

It describes the pedagogical theoretical basis, types of the technologies, and learning models of instructional technologies of American foreign languages.
