Walker and his theory of moral personality
摘要/Abstract
沃克的道德发展理论中最突出的部分是对道德榜样人格的研究。沃克强调道德人格在道德发展中的功能,他认为道德认知不能反映道德发展的全部,个体的道德行为是道德认知和道德人格共同作用的结果,从人格结构的特质观出发,沃克对道德榜样的人格特质进行了系列研究,反映了人的真实内心世界,推动了道德现象的实证研究,也充实了道德哲学的心理基础。目前,我国的道德发展心理学研究和道德教育仍然存在很多的问题,比如,忽视研究大学生现实生活中的道德榜样、忽视把道德与学生的心理相结合、知行脱节等等,而沃克的道德发展理论对我国高校德育有重要的启示。
The most outstanding part in Walker's moral development concerns moral exemplars.Walker emphasizes that moral cognition can not represent the whole of moral development and individuals moral behaviors result from the co-effect of moral cognition and moral personality.Walker has conducted a series of researches on personality traits,reflecting true inner worlds,stimulating the empirical researches and enriching the psychological basis of moral philosophy.It is argued that the moral development theory by Walker may help solve miscellaneous problems in the current researches.
