Getting the right skills:promoting VET to meet the demand for labor market
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
职业教育能帮助学习者过渡到劳动力市场,而职业教育的发展依赖于劳动力市场的特性。决定职业教育发展规模的三个主要影响因素是:学生兴趣、雇主需求以及供应条件限制。为了平衡这三者,可通过工作场所培训、技能需求预测、生涯指导三种途径来实现。为应对劳动力市场变化,职业教育中通用技能正变得越来越重要,而通用技能在具有工作意义的情境学习中可以很好地习得。
Abstract：
VET can provide students with transition to the labor market,and it varies in the features of labor market.Three main factors determine the VET:student preference,employer needs and supply constraints. The three mechanisms to coordinate and overcome the fluctuations of the market are adjustment through workplace training,assessing skill needs and career guidance.
