摘要：
2009年1月,奥巴马就任美国第44任总统。在席卷全球的金融危机的巨大压力下,奥巴马政府采取了积极的改革姿态加以应对,教育成为改革的重点领域。在过去近四年任期内,奥巴马曾先后四次向美国国会提交国情咨文,其中教育作为最重要的议题之一被屡次提及,危机、质量、教师、可负担等成为国情咨文涉及教育问题的重要主题,这些主题词汇从一个侧面反映出奥巴马政府教育改革的整体思路和具体举措。
Abstract：
Barack Obama is the 44th president of the United States since January 2009.Under the pressure of global financial crisis,Obama administration has taken active measures in education reforms.President Obama has repeatedly mentioned the education reforms in his state of the union addresses.Crisis, quality,teacher and affordability become the key terms.All this reflects the ideas and measures of Obama administration in relation to education reforms.
