Occupational anomie of the teachers and countermeasures
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
教师职业伦理是教师教育教学活动中应该遵守的各种行为规范和准则。由于市场经济的冲击,以及新的人才培养模式和教育过程发生了相应的改变等因素,出现了教师职业伦理失范的现象,这些不良影响,需要通过加强对教师的职业伦理教育和健全教师职业伦理规范加以解决。
Abstract：
Ethics for teachers refers to the occupational norm that teachers should abide by in teaching. However,market economy,and new education models confront to result in occupational anomie of teachers. Teachers are urged to enhance their ethics and obey the occupational norm.
