Modernization of the vocational education in county regions: index and explication
摘要/Abstract
建立县域职业教育现代化评价体系具有了解现实、横向比较、指导工作、优化决策等现实意义。其构建必须基于政策环境、发展现状加以协调考虑。指标构建的过程需要明确自身所处的坐标和特点, 明确自身与教育现代化、区域现代化之间的关系, 以最大程度上发挥指标的实际功能。县域职业教育现代化评价指标体系的构建遵循代表性、可比性、适切性、定量与定性相结合、导向性等原则, 基于对县域职业教育现代化内涵与结构的理解, 本研究构建了包括4个一级指标、12个二级指标、39个三级指标在内的评价指标体系。
An assessment of the modernization of the vocational education in county regions helps with understanding of reality, comparison of counterparts and making policies or guidelines. The establishment of an assessment requires a self-awareness in relation to educational and regional modernization. The assessment for county regions should base on peculiarity, comparability, adaptability, quantitative and qualitative orientations. This paper demonstrates an assessment of 4 first-level, 12 second-level and 39 third-level indexes.
