摘要/Abstract
现代化是一个世界性的历史过程, 当今中国正处于全面现代化建设的关键时期。县域职业教育作为我国县域经济社会发展的助推器, 在现代化进程中扮演着重要的角色。一方面, 在现代化的背景之下, 县域职业教育的发展被赋予了新的时代使命, 即推进县域经济、社会结构以及职业人的现代化;另一方面, 当前我国现代化建设中出现的新趋势, 比如,经济发展的新常态, 学习型社会的构建, 红利性政策的出台等, 为县域职业教育提供了新的发展契机。
Modernization is regarded as a historical process worldwide, and China is at a critical period of achieving modernization in all aspects. As the promoter of economic and social development, the vocational education development in Chinese counties plays an important role in the modernization process. On the one hand, the vocational education development in Chinese counties is endowed with the new missions, including promoting the modernization of county economy, social structure and professions. On the other hand, the economic development, construction of learning society and the promulgation of dividend policy, all provide with a new opportunity for the development of vocational education in Chinese counties.
