In-service teacher education institutions from the perspective of governance
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
治理视域下, 传统管理因坚持一元中心的“统治”理念, 使教师进修学校在组织管理中面临职责不清、培训规划缺失、经费无保障、评价滞后等发展困境。为使教师进修学校摆脱当前发展困境, 承担起教师培训的重任, 教师进修学校未来的发展必须引入“治理”的管理理念, 坚持多元的治理主体、明确各主体责任、建构协商对话的培训空间、建立多元的培训经费保障体系。
Abstract：
The traditional dominant idea renders the management of teacher education institutions to be inefficient and short of planning, financial support and proper assessment. Therefore, this paper argues for countermeasures with the new concept of management from the perspective of governance of diversity in the in-service teacher education institutions. Governing subjects should be diversified, each with clarified responsibilities. Meanwhile, financial funds should secured.
