A comparative study of the undergraduate management in China and Britain
摘要/Abstract
学生管理一直是大学本科教育中一项重要的内容，这一点在不同国家的教育制度和教育实践当中都有所体现。从规范性的层面来讲，不同国家因为其制度、文化、传统以及社会发展阶段不同而在学生培养的目标上有所区别，由此而形成的学生管理理念也存在差异，主要体现在其核心的教育理念的区别上;另外，在操作性层面上，各个国家则依据各自不同的国情、传统和文化等而有所不同。中国和英国本科教育中有关高等教育理念存在一定差异，学生管理工作上也有所不同，通过进行比较研究，可得出若干有益的启示。
Student management remains an important aspect of undergraduate education in all educational systems and practices.Considerably may the objectives of student recruitment vary by nations,institutions,cultures,traditions and phases of social development,the difference in the idea of student management eventually illuminates the educational conceptions. On the other hand,nations adopt practices that suit their own national circumstances,traditions and cultures.This article compares the British education with that of China to offer suggestions for the Chinese higher education.
