澳大利亚技术教育的经验及其对我国的启示

The Australian technical education and implications

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

劳动与技术教育是中小学综合实践活动的重要组成部分,其实施现状却令人堪忧。如何改变这种局面呢?澳大利亚的技术教育为我们提供了有益的借鉴。澳大利亚技术教育的经验主要包括:注重劳技教师的培养,注重课程资源的投入,强调专业团队的支持,重视学校与家庭、社区的合作等。其对我国劳动与技术教育走出困境的启示:加强劳技教师专业发展,提高劳技教师课程开发能力;加大课程资源的开发与利用;构建中小学与大学的合作机制,为中小学提供学业支持;增强学校与家庭、社区的合作。

Abstract:

Labor and technical education is an important part of primary and secondary schools in relation to comprehensive practical activities. Yet, Chinese technical education is far from satisfactory. This paper is intended to introduce the Australian experiences for the development of Chinese technical education, in relation to support of the teaching staff, investment in teaching resources, strengthening the cooperation between schools with families and communities.
