On the identity of the teacher college students with free tuitions
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
自2007年实行师范生免费教育政策开始，"免费师范生"作为一种特殊身份，倍受社会各界关注，褒贬不一，对于免费师范生角色认同的研究也各抒己见。如今，第一届免费师范毕业生已经走上工作岗位，对于免费师范生的角色认同又有了源于工作实践的诠释，基于此，对免费师范生角色认同的内涵、理论层次、影响因素进行研究和阐释，并从中提出强化免费师范生角色认同的建议。
Abstract：
A policy is granted to certain teacher college students since 2007 who are free of tuitions.The special identity has aroused debated viewpoints over their roles.By now,they have begun their teaching.This article centers on their identity in relation to understanding,theory,influence,and revelations.
