Academic reputation as the qualitative stature for academic evaluation in a college

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

从事学术职业的人,大多珍惜自己的学术声誉.早期的声誉制度对市场运作、长距离贸易的维持、社区生活及政治过程都有重要的作用,而学术声誉评价制度对于净化学术空气、提高学术质量亦有着积极意义.学术声誉评价制度的建立有赖于一个由不同声誉等级的许多个体所组成的学术共同体的存在,共同体成员接受一种普遍的学术道德规范体系,与此同时,有效的防范与惩戒机制对于良好学术声誉的维持有着特殊价值.

Abstract：

Academic reputation is the recognition of, and respect for the scholars by other academicians who have made contributions. Most scholars treasure their academic reputation, so an early stage reputation system is important in marketing, maintaining distant business, communal life and politics. The system helps purify academic atmosphere and improve the quality, and it depends on the existence of the academic community of individuals who share the same academic ethics. Meanwhile, the effective precaution and punishment mechanism may maintain academic reputation.
