Transferring mechanisms and accreditation of credits in American universities

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

美国社区学院和四年制大学之间的转学机制和学分认证, 为解决高等教育中扩大规模、提高质量和增加流动性的难题提供了很好的方案和经验.对美国高等教育中的转学机制进行了概述, 特别以加州高校为例, 对其转学教育状况、存在问题及其改革措施进行了分析.这些经验和做法对于我国高教改革具有重要启发和参考意义.

Abstract:

The transfer mechanisms and credit accreditation between community colleges and four-year universities in the U.S. may be an example solving the problems of scale, quality and student mobility. This paper describes the transfers of American undergraduates in California, in particular.
