摘要/Abstract
摘要：
就业率和就业竞争力揭示了大学生就业状况。首先从数量上直观比较顶岗与非顶岗生的就业率，进而采用定性与定量相结合的方法比较二者在个人综合素质、就业认知能力、知识掌握能力和课堂教学能力上所体现的就业竞争力。统计表明，顶岗生的初次就业率和就业竞争力具有明显优势，表现出良好的就业状况。
Abstract：
The employment rate and competitiveness of college students speak for their success of employment.This is due to their in-post teaching practices from which this research is done through the quantitive and qualitative analyses with regard to their general quality, cognitive ability, knowledge and teaching ability.Statistics show that the in-post teaching practices have substantial effects.
