免费师范生“教师专业素质”的现状及建议——以陕西师范大学为例

An investigation on the teaching professionalism of the tuition-free would-be teachers—A case study of Shaanxi Normal University
摘要/Abstract
通过对陕西师范大学382名免费师范生的调查发现：免费师范生最好的教师专业素质是遵守道德法律、树立职业声誉、评价教学效果、使用技术管理和有效表达技巧；最差的是更新专业知能、使用媒体技术、管理学习环境、有效提问技能和教学准备。其教师专业素质在性别上无显著差异；遗憾的是，教师专业素质并未随着年级的升高而显著提高。建议大力加强免费师范生的教育专业训练、严格执行"教师专业标准"、审慎修订"部属师大师范生免费教育实施办法"，这些对于把免费师范生培养成优秀教师具有重要意义。
382tuition free students in Shaanxi Normal University are investigated with a questionnaire of the teaching professionalism.Result shows that the best qualities are complying with moralities and laws, and maintaining reputations.The worst qualities include updating knowledge, using media and enhancing learning.Professionalism is not significant in genders.Professionalism does not grow along with grade ascending.The results may be referred for the education ministry and related universities.
