The basic curricular reforms of the 21st century in Republic of Korea
摘要/Abstract
21世纪以来，韩国历经了多次基础教育课程修订。21世纪韩国课改坚持“人性化”和“多元文化”的课程理念，设置多层次、时代化的课程目标，不断优化课程结构，注重加大地方和学校的课程管理权，加强课程评价体系建设。韩国课改取得了较大成就，但是依然存在以下问题：课改频次高，缺乏长效机制；课程改革范围过于狭窄；课程设置可行性差；课程实施与理念脱节；评价方式单一。根据韩国课改的经验，我国新世纪课改应该紧随时代变化，勇于采纳先进的课程理念，强调课程的一致性、整合性和个性化，加强活动、职业和道德教育课程，加大学校自主权。
As the basic curricular reforms have been frequently carried out in the new century in Republic of Korea with humanity, diversity, modernization as top priorities to optimize the structure, management and evaluations of the curricula.Despite the achievements, problems still exist, high frequency of fluctuations and absence of long-term mechanism, narrow scope, inadequacy of implementation.On basis of the Korean experiences of curricular reforms, this paper proposes strategies for Chinese curricular reforms.
