摘要：
智力测验是燕京大学自主招生考试的重要科目，服务于燕京大学选拔和培养精英人才的目标。通过对考生进行智力测验，考察学生适应大学教育的潜在能力，并依据测验结果开展有针对性的教学活动，燕京大学不仅增强了招生考试的科学性，更显著提高了人才选拔和培养的质量，为精英人才的涌现奠定了坚实基础，并产生了广泛的教育影响。
Abstract：
Intelligence test is an important subject in the entrance examination of Yanjing university, whose principal commitment is to find the potentialities of the applicants.A teaching plan is made accordingly.The consequence is that the quality is improved of both the students and teaching.
