A strategic study of the theoretical education for the would-be teachers
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
课题组通过调查发现，在公共教育理论课的课堂教学中，教师的教和学生的学两个方面均存在问题。在“教”方面表现为，教师与学生的交流和互动不够、教学模式和教学评价方式单一、教学内容有待优化；在“学”方面表现为，学生的学习目的不明确、学习态度和学习行为不积极。针对以上问题，本研究从教师的教方面提出对策：教师在课堂教学中要积极创设教学情境，引发学生主动思考；多组织讨论和案例分析，以满足学生展示自我的心理需求和提高学生分析问题能力；优化教学内容，激发学生学习兴趣；运用多元评价方式，促进学生努力学习。
Abstract：
Researchers find that both teachers and students have problems in the class of education theories. Teachers fail to be interactive with students, the teaching mode being monotonous, evaluation inefficient, while students fail to show their clear objectives, with inactive attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, teachers are urged to create a lively class, and stimulate the interests of the students for learning.
