Criteria of the expertise teachers
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
当下专家型教师标准的缺失，给现实中甄别、选择及培养专家型教师带来了迷惘，构建专家型教师标准迫在眉睫。构建专家型教师标准的内容之依据来自教育理论、教育实践及教育政策等三个层面；构建专家型教师标准的方法之依据可以从教育评价学、心理测量学及国内外已有相关实践经验等三个方面探寻。
Abstract：
Without established criteria, it is difficult to define and foster the expertise teachers.Therefore, this paper attempts to argue for establishment of the standards from educational theories, practices, and policies, through educational evaluation, psychological measures, and empirical studies.
