Limitations of legitimacy in the development of teacher education
摘要/Abstract
教师专业发展的必要性并不等于其正当性。人们对教师专业发展的正当性缺乏思考或思考处于碎片化的状态。由此，导致了“僭越”的产生。对教师专业发展的正当性限度进行说明有助于教师专业发展的健康、持久、顺利地推进。教师专业发展应体现工具性与目的性的统一、“角色”与“个人”的融合、外铄与内发的互动、主体与主体间的互惠以及技术性与人文性的统一，实现教育世界与生活世界的“融通”，从而实现教师、学生、学校、教育改革多方互惠、共赢。
In the development of the teacher education, the necessity is not equal to its legitimacy.That the teacher education is misunderstood results in the misuse of conception.Therefore, the writer of this paper argues that a proper definition and interpretation may help with a steady and sustainable development of the teacher education.The unity of the instrument and objective, the integration of the role and personality, and the interactivity of the students and teachers should be appropriate to eventually realize the winwin development.
