Chinese economic growth and development of higher education：experience,problem and impact
摘要/Abstract
经过30余年的发展，中国经济发展所依赖的增长方式正在从量变走向质变。从国际比较的视角来看，高等教育与转变经济增长方式之间存在密切关系。从世界上经济发达国家有关经济发展和高等教育发展的经验来看，人力资本和科技支持是现代大学影响经济发展的重要路径。以中国当前的经济增长方式、经济基础和在世界经济版图中的相对位置，要在世界经济秩序重塑的过程中夺取关键性位置，就必须建设高等教育强国，为中国经济在下一阶段的持续高速增长提供智力、知识和技术等方面的有力保障，为突破经济发展瓶颈，实现可持续发展提供探索可行的路径。
Chinese economic growth is undergoing a substantial change in the past 30years.It is assumed that the higher education is closely related with the way of transformation of economic growth.By experiences of the developed countries, human capital and technology have immense impacts.Judging by the current mode of economic growth, the Chinese economy needs great improvements in order to be a real world power to remodel the global economic order.Higher education has to be improved for the further economic growth, by providing with intelligence, knowledge and technology, and exploring accesses for sustainable development.
