A strategic study of the entrepreneurship hatching bases for undergraduates in Hebei
摘要/Abstract
作为大学生新创企业诞生和聚集的“催化剂”，大学生创业孵化基地是提高大学生创业成功率最为有效的策略之一。河北省大学生创业孵化基地建设应以为我省大学生创业者提供全方位的创业孵化支持及理论与实践指导为着力点，以培育具有市场前景的大学生新创企业推动河北省社会经济协调发展为旨归，充分依托我省重点中小企业产业集群及省内高校资源，采取"完全企业型"的运作模式进行企业化运作，从而实现我省大学生创业服务市场的供需平衡。此外，为了保证在孵企业在基地保护下顺利孵化，还应建立相应的孵化机制和培育机制。
As entrepreneurial hatching bases are catalytic for the employment of undergraduates, it proves to be the most effective strategy in Hebei province.Providing with a full range of support for them is a focus and principal goal for the social and economic development. The study claims that the SME industrial clusters and higher education resources should function as a base, with a whole round enterprise mode, thus achieving the balance of supply and demand of job market.
