摘要/Abstract
摘要：
教育叙事研究是促进教师专业成长的有效途径。在教师教育中，要加强针对农村教师开展教育叙事研究的实践探索：通过各种途径让农村教师了解教育叙事研究的特点和方法，引导他们在讲述自己的教育故事的基础上，捕捉故事中值得反思的“关键事件”并从中获得对教育理念的感悟和自身教育行为的改善。另外，通过书面写作的具体指导，农村教师会更好地掌握并运用教育叙事研究的形式，提升教育科研水平。
Abstract：
Educational narrative research is considered as an approach to the teacher professional development. More needs to be done in the teacher education to strengthen the educational narrative researches in relation to their features, methodology, and specific procedures.Furthermore, rural teachers are requested to learn to write in order to use the educational narratives.
