摘要/Abstract
摘要：
尽管在政府和社会的努力下,中美流入地主流社会让渡了一部分的教育资源给各自的非主流社会成员——中国农民工子女和美国非法移民子女,但是他们的基础教育与高等教育与主流社会成员仍然不对等。从制度安排、文化差异与利益争夺角度探讨中美流动人口子女在流入地社会遭受教育排斥的原因,通过借鉴美国反针对非法移民子女教育排斥的经验,为中国农民工子女面临的教育排斥问题提出解决的建议。
Abstract：
Owing to the governmental and social efforts, the educational resources are granted to non-mainstream populations, namely, the offsprings of the urban migrants in China and illegal immigrants in USA. However, their fundamental and higher education is not in accordance with their population. This paper explores over the systems, cultural difference, and interests that serve as influential factors for the discrimination.
