摘要/Abstract
摘要：
高校职业指导课程研究的是关于个体生存和发展的问题。核心目标是提高学生的职业素养，总目标是促进学生的终身幸福和个人发展。加强高校职业指导课程建设，对提高学生的就业能力与就业质量、促进学生素质全面提高具有重要意义。文章从课程目标、课程建设理念、管理体系、课程体系、课程实施形式、评价和考核模式等方面对高校职业指导课程建设有效性进行了有益探索。
Abstract：
University career services are aimed at individual survival and development.The major objective is to improve the vocational qualifications of the students and promote their lifelong well-being and development.This article studies the curricular objectives,conceptions,management system,curriculum implementation and assessment for the effectiveness of career-oriented curricular construction.
