Curricular planning in relation to the quality and culture
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
课程规划需要有文化视野，因为课程规划必定受文化的影响，课程规划本身具有文化的性质，课程规划负有重要的文化使命。历史上人类文化的核心是利益文化，而当今人类文化应该转向以素质文化为核心，课程规划尤其应该基于素质文化，因此课程规划的文化视野的核心是素质文化。从素质文化的视野看，课程规划的基本思路应该强调:形成一个素质文化的总体框架;以素质文化为视野来规划各个课程要素。
Abstract：
the creattve research comepetence of the undergraduates demands a careful culttvation of creative enthusiasm and spirit.So,this paper ahempts to discuss the significance,fundamental conceptions,structure,and system of the management for the sake of their devleopment of creative competence in research.
