资优生教育理念与实践的国际比较:特色、问题与趋势

A comparative study of the worldwide gifted education conceptions

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

国外基础教育阶段资优生教育的发展大致分为三种类型。芬兰、日本未对资优生教育做出政策性规定,但资优生教育实践在开展着;印度尚未完全普及义务教育,但是国家持续、稳定地支持资优生教育;美国、新加坡、以色列则建立了较为成熟的资优生教育体系。研究表明,要尊重学生天赋的多样性规律,使资优生得到适合其禀赋的教育;智力与人格的和谐发展是各国资优生教育的主导方向;资优生教育越来越趋向规范化和制度化。

Abstract:

Overseas gifted education may be divided into 3 types. In Finland and Japan, the gifted education possesses policies. In India, the compulsory education is not popularized, but there is a sustainable and steady support of the gifted education. In US, Singapore and Israel, the gifted education enjoys a sound supportive system. The study claims that the gifted education ought to be maintained in relation to the diversity of gifts. Yet, the gifted education should be standardized and institutionalized.
