摘要/Abstract

摘要：

在成人职业生涯中，职业转换是很多人必须面对的问题。成人在面临职业转换时需要进行心理以及能力等多方面的适应，包含着质变学习的因素。从成人质变学习的视角探析职业转换的过程，发掘职业转换的影响因素，创设支持环境，帮助成人顺利实现职业转换。

Abstract：

Adults may have to face with career changes. This demands for their professional and psychological adaptations, i.e., transformation learning. This study is intended to find the factors that influence their career changes, and put forward strategies from the perspective of transformation learning.
