摘要/Abstract
摘要：
网络以空前的力量和速度改变着世界,改变着人们的社会生活环境、生活方式、行为方式以及社会互动关系。网络是一把“双刃剑”,在给高校思想政治工作提供机遇的同时,也带来了一些负面影响。如何认识网络对高校思想政治工作的影响,探索与思考网络对高校思想政治工作提出的严峻课题,对于做好新世纪思想政治工作具有十分重要的现实意义。
Abstract：
The Internet has dramatically developed and changed our world in social environment，way of living，and social interactions. However, its functions are dubious. Namely，it is convenient for the teaching，but it is accompanied with negative impacts. Thus, it is a new project for us to make good use of such medium in universities for the sake of the moral education in the new century.
