学前儿童契约精神的培育目标及有效对策

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

契约精神在公民意识养成和社会主义现代化进程中发挥着重要作用，对新时代法治中国建设和公民全面发展意义重大。因此，必须贯彻终身教育理念，将契约精神的培育融入到公民成长的各个阶段。学前时期的契约精神培育便是其中关键一环。要强化学前儿童所处家庭的契约式教育，同时为其契约精神发展提供良好的社会保障，使学前儿童形成独立人格，学会自律自省，勇于承担责任，乐于合作共享，从而为其契约精神的养成打下坚实的思想基础。

Abstract：

The spirit of contract, as the ideological basis of socialist rule of law and an inevitable requirement of modernization, is of great significance to civic education and the all-round development of civil liberties in the new era. Therefore, we must put lifelong education into practice and integrate the cultivation of contract spirit into every stage of citizen growth. One of the pivotal is the cultivation of contract spirit in preschool period. It is necessary to strengthen the contractual education of the families in which children live, and at the same time provide corresponding social security for the development of their contractual spirit, so that preschool children acquire independent personality, learn self-discipline and introspection, are brave in taking responsibilities and are willing to cooperate and share, thus laying a solid ideological foundation for the cultivation of their contractual spirit.
