Constructions of learning-type schools and development of professionalized headmasters

摘要:

学校学习型组织是一种崭新的学校组织运作机制和管理模式。建设学校学习型组织不仅是知识经济时代与教育改革对学校重建、管理重构的客观需要, 也是学校主动适应变革, 追求卓越发展的内在要求。校长专业化发展是学校学习型组织建设的基本内容, 校长的专业化发展又将进一步引领学校组织成员不断提高持续性的变革力和创新性的学习力, 提高学校学习型组织的建设水平, 促进校长、教师与学校的整体协调和可持续性发展。

Abstract:

The learning-type management is a new running model of schools. So the construction of the learning-type schools does not only meet the demand of the reconstruction and restructuring management of the schools in the new context of knowledge economy, but it also enables schools to adapt to the educational reforms in the pursuit of perfection. The writer of the paper assumes that the training of the professionalized headmasters is the principal task in the construction of the learning-type schools. And that will, in turn, help improve the creativity of the members of the leadership as a whole, and thus help enhance the harmonious and sustainable development of the headmasters, teachers and schools.
