教师工资拖欠、医疗保障畸形发展、工作压力过大、优秀教师外流是我国农村中小学校师资队伍建设面临的主要问题。切实解决好这些问题, 需要我们付出更多的努力
Abstract：
The main problems the primary and high school teachers are facing include the delay of payment from the local government, the lack of medical care, the pressure of their work. Besides, more and more teachers quit their teaching posts to seek higher payment jobs. Therefore, a great effort should be made to solve the problems.
