摘要：
我国大学教学管理制度是在继承历史传统和借鉴国外经验的基础上建立和发展起来的, 它经历了从封闭到开放、从开放到封闭的交错发展过程; 解放前北京大学等高校推行的学分制、导师制等有利于学习自由的管理制度和措施, 对于今天我国大学教学管理制度的改革仍具有重要的参考作用
Abstract：
The present Chinese undergraduate administrational system has grown out of the traditional heritage and foreign experiences. Likewise, it has undergone a very complex process from closed to open and from open to closed. However, the credit system and tutorial system fulfilled by Peking University before New China was founded in 1949 are still weighty for the present Chinese undergraduate administration regulation reforms.
