课程领导是一种不同于课程管理的新的管理观, 在课程领导的背景下, 传统学校的工具型组织角色已经不能满足其要求, 由工具型组织走向学习型组织是课程领导下学校角色转换的必然要求
Abstract：
Curricular leadership is a new management, different from the traditional management of curriculum. Under the circumstance of curricular leadership the instrumental school role, characterized by the traditional management, cannot satisfy the new demand. So, it is believed by the authors that the instrumental role will give way to the learning role, which is advocated by the curricular leadership.
