信息技术正以其强大的影响力渗透人类社会生活的各个方面。基于网络的高等教育—虚拟大学正在全球范围内兴起。虚拟大学这一新的教育形式在发展中存在着资金问题、质量保障问题、师资问题及发展不平衡问题, 这给我国远程高等教育、特别是网络高等教育提供了某些启示
Abstract：
Informational technology has been spreading to all walks of human life. Based on the higher learning on the internet, the net university has grown world-wide. However, net university as a new form of education has posed the following issues of finance, quality warrants, teaching resources, and developing asymmetries, which may be revelation for the Chinese distance, as well as the net-based education.
