摘要：
高校新生与毕业生的教育是大学生四年受教育过程中的关键环节, 历史上一些教育家, 如金陵女子大学校长吴贻芳就非常重视新生与毕业生的教育, 积累了很好的经验, 当前应在借鉴历史经验的基础上采取有效措施, 加强高校新生与毕业生的教育
Abstract：
The education of both the freshmen and senior undergraduates is a very important process in the four-year undergraduate education. Historical educationalists, such as the headmaster of the Jinling Women's College, have paid a great attention to the education of the freshmen and seniors, hence accumulating abundant tips. Likewise, they function as a good foundation for enhancing our education of the freshmen and seniors in universities.
