摘要:

要改变长期以来形成的教育理论脱离实际的局面, 要提高教育质量, 就应该倡导和推行"教师研究"的观念。教师研究是一种有别于教育专家们的教育研究, 其在研究的问题、资料收集与分析、结果的概括性和理论建构等方面都有自己的特征

Abstract:

Now that the educational theory has long been inapplicable to practice, new concept ought to be advocated of exploration into the teacher, for the sake of educational quality, and of applying the educational theory into practice. For an exploration into teacher is different from the educational research of educationalists in perspective of the research issues, data and analysis, result generalizations, and theoretical constructions and the others.
