A psychological research on potential employment of graduates
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
随着我国高等教育"大众化"的推进, 以及社会主义市场经济的逐步建立, 高校毕业生就业问题日益突出。面对困难和挑战, 认真分析影响高校毕业生就业的因素, 研究当前毕业生供需矛盾, 有针对性地提出解决方案, 促进高校潜在劳动力资源向现实劳动力转化有着积极意义。
Abstract：
With the speed-up of the popularized higher education, and the dominance of the marketing economy in our country, job-hunting has become a major issue for senior undergraduates.It is at this crucial moment of challenge that we should study the potentialities of finding out pertinent solutions to the problems for the would-be labor forces.
