On staff training for tourism majors in higher learning institutions

摘要：
旅游学是中国高等教育众多学科中的一个新兴专业, 从教学内容到教学方法都存在着亟待完善的地方, 而作为高校教育关键因素之一的师资尤为值得关注。目前, 提升旅游专业教师素质, 构建高水平旅游师资队伍模式, 对旅游学教育具有十分重要的意义。
Abstract：
Tourism is one of the newest majors in higher learning institutions in China. Thus, there is a large room to improve its methodology and teaching curriculum, teaching staff, in particular. The writer of this paper pinpoints the significances of the staff quality and mode of training, as well as restructuring of tourism knowledge in the higher learning institutions.
