On the three reforms in modern educational management
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
建设现代教育体系, 必须构建现代教育管理体系。现代教育管理体系需要实现三大变革: 在教育管理目标上, 追寻人本;在教育管理主体上, 走向校本;在教育管理评价上, 关注成本。
Abstract：
The writer of the paper considers it necessary to build up a modern system of management before a modern system of education is built up. Furthermore, the modernized system of education needs three reforms, namely, the educational management should be human-centered, school-based, and cost-assessed.
