摘要：
校园文化是深化教育改革、实施素质教育的重要内容,对学生起着潜移默化的教育作用。在改革开放日益深入、市场经济大潮涌动的社会转型期,大学校园文化也受到了一定的影响。如何加强新时期大学校园文化建设,已经成为当今教育改革的重要课题。
Abstract：
The construction of campus culture plays a significant role in the quality education reforms,in particular,in the contexts of market economy and social transformation.So the writers put forward the potential solutions to the construction of campus culture for the sake of the quality education.
