摘要/Abstract
摘要：
针对目前我国有关成人个体学习状况研究较少的现状,以上海的成人学习者为调研对象,分五大职业群体进行问卷调查。调查结果显示,目前成人参与教育学习的意识和动机都非常鲜明,在教育方式、方法以及结果评价上都有自己的不同需求,成人教育的效果还有待进一步提高。
Abstract：
This paper demonstrates a questionnaire investigation of the adult education among the individuals of Shanghai,who are divided into five groups by career.The result shows that all adults have strong desire and motivation for education,but they vary in the demand of ways and evaluations.So the paper makes an analysis and offers proposals in favor of the autodidacts.
