摘要：
大、中、小学艺术教育衔接出现断流现象的原因可归为规则与条件两个方面。规则原因指的是高师中一些不适应大、中、小学连续发展的规定或不成文的规则,包括入学考试、教学和实习。条件原因指的是组成教学的双方——学生与教师中存在的不适合高校教育与中小学教育有效连接的原因。
Abstract：
The continuation of art education lies in rules and conditions from primary and secondary schools to universities. Rules refer to those designed in universities that fail to adapt to the art education in primary and secondary schools. Conditions refer to those for both teachers and learners, who temporarily fail to share the effective linkages.
