摘要：
多元文化是当今社会文化的基本特征,对我国的政治、经济和社会生活产生了重要的影响,同时也给大学生思想政治教育带来挑战,面对这些挑战,高校思想政治工作者要坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,采取有效措施趋利避害,确保高等教育的社会主义办学方向和育人目标的实现。
Abstract：
As a fundamental feature of social culture, the multi culture has significant influences upon the Chinese political education, economy and social life. So the universities that are in the front of the cultural construction are committed to socialist value system.
