On the creativity of the management system in vocational education

摘要：
职业教育管理体制是指职业教育的领导管理系统与机构设置。建立一个高效、精干,既能加强宏观管理、便于统筹协调、能调动各业务部门积极性,又有利于微观管理、使办学单位有较大自主权的管理体制,是职业教育包括政府管理和学校内部管理两大体系形成和事业发展的重要环节。
Abstract：
The management system of the vocational education refers to the leadership management system and institutional mechanisms. An efficient and capable management system is to enhance the macro management and coordination, and to facilitate the micro management and the autonomous management of the schools. Hence it is one of the key steps to see to the development of the vocational education that combines governmental man agement and school management.
