摘要：
民本、新民思想是晏阳初平民教育与乡村建设理论的核心。他认为乡村建设的开展以农民这一主体的素质提高为先决条件,乡村建设的成功以具备新智慧、新展望、新技术、新才能的"新民"为必要条件。晏阳初的这一思想给当前我国"三农"问题的解决以重要启示:只有作为"三农"问题承担主体的农民具备现代性素质,"三农"问题才能成功解决。
Abstract：
The man - centered and new - man concept by Yan Yangchu is regarded as the core of the grass-root education and rural construction. It is argued that the quality of the farmers serves as a precondition forthe rural construction, and the new wisdom, new look, new technology, and new ability a precondition for thesuccess of the rural education. The concept of Yan Yangchu is a solution to the present three agriculture - basedproblems.
