摘要：
上世纪50年代初的院系调整是中国高等教育发展史上的一件大事，对此事件的评价有先褒后抑的倾向。笔者认为全面看待此次调整需要注意三方面的问题，其一，院系调整是知识分子为服务新社会建设自觉的选择；其二，在调整过程中借鉴了前苏联模式而且结合了中国实际；其三，建国后大师的匮乏与此次调整无直接的关系。
Abstract：
The restructuring of the Chinese universities during the 1950s is a great event of higher education.However,evaluations fluctuate from the intellectual service to the implementation of the Soviet system.Still,the shortage of great masters does notrmg.conern in the history society to the the reatructr.
