摘要:

通过水热法制得Fe3O4八面体微米颗粒,以Fe3O4为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法将纳米TiO2负载于Fe3O4表面,制备Fe3O4-TiO2复合材料,并进行光催化降解甲基橙的研究.结果表明:用溶胶-凝胶法通过控制Fe3O4-TiO2的复合比,在Fe3O4表面能均匀负载一层TiO2纳米粒子;与纯Fe3O4和TiO2相比,Fe3O4-TiO2复合材料作为催化剂,对甲基橙的光催化降解性有明显的提高;样品的有机碳去除率较高,重复使用性较好.

Abstract:

The octahedral Fe3O4 microparticles were obtained by the hydrothermal method.The TiO2 nanopaticles were deposited on the Fe3O4 microparticles employing a sol-gel method.The prepararion of Fe3O4-TiO2 composite materials and their photocatalytic activity were investigated.The experimental results showed that the uniform TiO2 nanopaticles could be coated on the surface of Fe3O4 microparticles by controlling the ratio of Fe3O4 and TiO2.As photocatalysts for methyl orange degradation,the catalytic activity of Fe3O4-TiO2 was higher than that of pure Fe3O4 and TiO2.The Fe3O4-TiO2 composite materials showed a high TOC removal and had also good repeat use.
