Optimization for the Sythetic Condition of 3-methoxyhexanoic Acid

摘要:
以3-羟基己酸乙酯为原料,分别采用碘甲烷、硫酸二甲酯、重氮甲烷为甲基化试剂,通过亲核取代反应生成3-甲氧基己酸。考察了不同溶剂、催化剂等条件对收率的影响,探讨了合成3-甲氧基己酸的最佳反应条件。通过核磁共振氢谱和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。
Abstract:
3-methoxyhexanoic acid was prepared from ethyl 3-hydroxy-hexanoate by nucleophilic substitution reaction using iodomethane,dimethyl sulfate,and diazomethane as methylation reagent.The influences of different reaction conditions on the yield,such as solvents and the catalysts,were discussed.The optimal reaction conditions of 3-methoxyhexanoic acid were explored.The structure of the 3-methoxyhexanoic acid was characteried by 1HNMR and elemental analysis.
